1. Service Description
Delete Photos is a photo-organization tool that helps users browse, review, mark, and recheck authorized photos and videos.
The app supports organization and review. It does not replace your judgment about a photo's personal, sentimental, professional, or other value, and it does not guarantee that it can determine the true value of every photo automatically.
2. Premium and Purchase Options
Delete Photos currently offers an Annual Membership and Lifetime Premium. The actual price is the price displayed by the App Store and in the in-app purchase interface when you buy.
The Annual Membership is an auto-renewable yearly subscription that provides Premium access while active. Subscription status depends on transactions and entitlements returned by Apple and verified by the app.
Lifetime Premium is a one-time purchase and does not renew automatically. After Apple completes and verifies the purchase, you can continue using the Lifetime Premium access currently promised.
3. Annual Membership and Auto-Renewal
The Annual Membership has a one-year subscription period and renews automatically until you turn off auto-renewal, under the terms Apple displays during purchase and subscription management.
Apple's purchase system handles subscriptions, renewals, charges, and transaction status. The actual price, renewal date, tax, currency, payment result, and applicable terms are those Apple displays at purchase.
After you turn off auto-renewal, valid access generally continues until the end of the paid period. The exact end date is the date Apple displays. Turning off auto-renewal stops future renewal and does not automatically create a refund.
The developer cannot guarantee that every charge succeeds or resolve every subscription issue caused by payment methods, Apple Accounts, storefronts, or system status.
4. Free Trial
A free trial may be offered as an introductory offer for the Annual Membership, only to users Apple determines are eligible. Availability and duration are those shown by the App Store and purchase confirmation interface when you start the purchase.
If you do not turn off auto-renewal before the trial ends, the trial may convert into a paid Annual Membership. Charges and renewal terms are those shown in the purchase confirmation interface.
Apple determines trial eligibility. The developer cannot independently grant, restore, or fabricate eligibility.
5. Managing and Canceling a Subscription
On iPhone or iPad, you can review, manage, or cancel the Annual Membership in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions → Delete Photos. Menu names may vary by iOS version, system language, or country or region. You can also use other official Apple subscription-management methods.
The developer cannot turn off a subscription in your Apple Account for you. Contacting the developer does not replace cancellation through an official Apple method.
After auto-renewal is turned off, the subscription will not renew as scheduled. Apple determines when access ends for the paid period. Canceling a subscription and requesting a refund are separate processes.
6. Lifetime Premium
Lifetime Premium is a one-time purchase. It does not renew automatically or charge annually. Purchase and restoration depend on Apple transaction verification; use Restore Purchases in the app to restore verified access.
“Lifetime” means access to the currently promised Lifetime Premium features while the developer continues to offer the Delete Photos app. It does not mean the app can never be removed, will support every future operating system forever, or that the developer controls all platform availability.
Lifetime Premium does not promise that every future product, separate service, or substantially different new feature will be included without charge. The developer cannot bypass valid transaction verification when an Apple Account or transaction record is unavailable.
7. Refunds and Purchase Issues
Apple processes App Store purchases, subscriptions, and charges. Some purchases may qualify for a refund under Apple's rules. Submit requests through Apple's official Report a Problem page or Apple Support.
Apple, applicable storefront rules, and applicable law determine eligibility, review outcome, timing, and requirements. The developer cannot directly approve, deny, or issue a refund for an Apple-processed transaction and cannot promise that a request will be approved.
The developer can explain product features, purchase entry points, and entitlement status. Requesting a refund does not necessarily cancel future auto-renewal; review and manage the subscription separately when needed.
8. Your Review Responsibility
Swiping up only adds a photo or video to the pending-deletion queue. It does not mean the item has been deleted from the system Photos library. You can review the queue and remove an item marked by mistake.
The complete deletion process is:
- swipe up to mark an item for deletion;
- review it in the pending-deletion list;
- give final confirmation in the app;
- confirm in the iOS system dialog;
- PhotoKit performs the deletion; and
- review the deletion result.
Review items carefully before every final deletion. The app supports organization and review but does not replace your judgment about important content.
9. System Photos Library Operations
Delete Photos uses PhotoKit to read and modify photos or videos within your authorization. When you use Favorites or album features, the app may add an item to system Favorites or a regular system album you select. It does not do this by duplicating the image file.
PhotoKit and iOS perform favorite, album, and deletion changes. Permission, Limited Photos access, iCloud Photos status, asset changes, and system rules can affect results.
The app cannot bypass Photos permission or iOS deletion confirmation and cannot fully control iCloud synchronization.
10. Deletion and Recovery
Whether a deleted item can be recovered depends on Recently Deleted in the system Photos app, system policy, sync and storage status, and your later actions.
Delete Photos does not promise that any deleted photo or video can be recovered. Even if the system may provide Recently Deleted, review carefully before final deletion and keep or properly back up important content.
11. Availability and Ongoing Updates
While an Annual Membership is active, you can use the Premium photo-organization features then available and receive released feature improvements, compatibility maintenance, performance and stability improvements, bug fixes, and app updates.
This ongoing value does not promise a fixed update schedule or any specific future feature. The developer intends to maintain and improve the app reasonably but does not promise a set number of weekly, monthly, or yearly releases.
Operating-system versions, Photos permission, Limited Photos access, iCloud Photos status, network-resource availability, and asset changes can affect features. The service is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free; reasonable improvements and support will continue when issues occur.
12. Prohibited Misuse
You may not use Delete Photos for unlawful, infringing, or destructive activity, or attempt to damage, reverse engineer, tamper with, or interfere with the app or related services without authorization.
These terms do not improperly restrict legitimate security research, legally permitted interoperability, or rights expressly protected by applicable law.
13. Updates to These Terms
We may update these terms when features, purchase options, system capabilities, Apple rules, or applicable requirements change. The latest version and effective date will be shown on this page.
If an update includes a material change, we will provide reasonable notice through the app, website, support page, or another suitable method. An update will not be used retroactively to remove rights you have already obtained under applicable law.
